Everyone should be very careful in sending the rebate form into the company. I never got my
rebate from Christmas. They sent me a letter and said my postmark was not legible!! I sent in plenty of time so there should not have been a problem. To say the least, I was upset and disappointed! I suggest sending the rebate to the company with a method where you have proof of the day it was sent to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.
This also happened to me. The letter arrived before the last day to send in the forms!
Soooo, I called the phone number on the letter and was told not to worry about re-sending anything. It would be taken care of right away. I received my rebate Visa card about a month later.
