Update: I've read through a few forums this morning and here are a few things to know about the Paypal gift card. 1) If you don't use the card within a certain amount of time, they will charge you a $4.95 monthly processing fee (so use it quickly on Christmas items!) 2) Some people are saying that CVS *might* pull the offer. So, the deal may vary and I'm not sure how long it will be available!
There are a few smokin' hot gift card deals at CVS, valid through 11/27/13! These will vary some by area, so you'll want to log in HERE to see if it they'll work where you're at. Here are the deals available:

That does sound like a good idea Toni! I should check it out on the old navy card!
I have a question. If I purchased the paypal card and went home to activate it, could I then bring it back to the store (next day) and use it to purchase the i tunes deal?
Hi Toni! I *think* you may be able to (you could not use your ECBs to purchase the iTunes deals, but you *might* be able to use the actual gift card. I can’t think of any reason that wouldn’t work but if someone else has heard something different please leave a comment to share!
You can! That’s what I did.
You can activate the card over the phone (according to the packaging anyway), but I was on hold for 15 minutes and it never worked. 2 minutes on the website and I was done!
So if you had a smartphone or something in the store with you, you could:
Transaction #1: Buy the gift card.
Step out of line, activate it.
Transaction #2: Buy your items using the gift card as payment.
Now $50 in ECBs is a lot to spend in 1 transaction, so you can use it in the future on a big purchase OR my sister used it to buy all the “ending up free” items just in 1 transaction. She did have to add in a couple of other items to get up to the $50, but it wasn’t bad at all to do.
Soooo glad to hear it worked for you – thanks so much for letting us know Jayme!
