Looking for more penny pinched recipes? Here you go!
One of my all time favorite summer easy dinners is a Bacon Lettuce & Tomato Sandwich, so when I saw this Guacamole BLT Sandwich I knew we needed to add it to our menu plan! Because I'm keeping things simple this week I'll just tell you it's delicious, and a great way to use up a few tomatoes from your garden or that you find on sale this week.
{For the record, my husband refused to even try this because he is a die hard traditional BLT fan and would eat them every night in August if I'd let him. It was really good, but we sure do love plain ole' BLT's around our house!}

Yum!! Can’t wait to try this! I’m the only guac eater in my household so I’m going to ask a very random question… but has anyone else noticed the quality of their Wholly Guacamole change in the last month or two? I used to LOVE it, but now find it kind of watery and bland. There have been so many great coupon deals for this product this year so I’ve eaten it A LOT and am not sure if I’m imagining this difference or not. Anyone have input?
