And here's what we're donating . . .
While those savings make me very happy :), I'm sooooooo excited about the NINE HUNDRED AND SEVEN ITEMS you all donated to those in need this week! I ran by our church's food pantry this morning and was again reminded of the huge need right now at food pantries across the country. So, if you're able again this week, please find an item or two and keep on giving! In case you're interested, Asbury's food pantry is currently in need of juice (bottles of juice), snacks, cereal, rice, potatoes, brownie mixes, canned fruit, canned peas, canned tomatoes (BOGO at Publix!), diapers (size 4 & 5), and just about anything you can give!
How’d you all do this week? I’d love to hear about it, so leave a comment to share, and to see how other folks are saving visit Super Savings Saturday at Money Saving Mom, Sharing Savings at Saving and Giving, Weekly Totals at I Heart Publix, The Saturday Savings Report at Time2Save Workshops, and Friday Finals at Southern Savers.
