Solar Light Stakes
Dollar Tree has other more utilitarian solar lights as well – including these basic solar stake lights. One of my FAVORITE things to take camping with us is these inexpensive little solar path lights. We place them on either side of the tent door so people can see to get in at night after a long campfire or trip to the bathhouse. You can get a few extra to place around your campsite for better visibility – and no need to plug them in!
And – we spotted these earlier in the Spring but you MIGHT get lucky and still find them in your stores!
They're just $1.25 each and come in Blue, Green, Yellow and Red butterflies. They remind me of being a kid and catching a firefly in a mason jar – but butterflies are just prettier 🙂
If you wanted to pop the stake off and just keep the jar – these would make a cute little nightlight to sit on your kids' windowsills too! They're pretty bright considering they're just $1.25 – I was impressed.
The reviews on Dollar Tree's website are SO GOOD – they claim that these stay lit longer than their expensive lights and are nice and bright. Several ladies bought a whole case to split with a sister or friend or lined their whole yard with them. A whole border of glimmering butterflies- how fun!
