We made the brown sugar balsamic pork loin last night ~ and OH MY WORD IT WAS SO GOOD.
Tonight we're having Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Chili, and I can't even wait. 🙂
It's amazing how getting dinner done each day can totally transform the dinnertime hour in your home!
I also wanted to give you a SUPER fast tip for today's Crock-tober meal that will make your life WAY easier! On Day 8 of Crock-tober Volume 2 (which is tomorrow), we're making Slow Cooker Open Faced Sirloin Sandwiches which are so stinkin' good, but you need to marinade your meat for 8 hours ahead of time.
So, be sure to pull your meat out tonight, pop it in the marinade and let it soak up those yummy seasonings all night long. 🙂
And in case you couldn't find a beef sirloin tip roast (my store didn't have one), you can substitute with a shoulder roast or chuck roast. I'm going to serve ours over chunky slices of homemade bread (my recipes in the back of the book!), and I know my family is going to be in heaven!
