Do you ever find something new and it just makes you happy? Well, when I tried this cookie recipe out last night that's how I felt. Not only was it so easy that my kids could make it with very little help, it's a great way to use this week's sale items too! These are a great project for your kiddos to make and set out for Santa on Christmas Eve.
2 eggs
1 cake mix (18.25 oz, I used Duncan Hines Butter Golden Recipe)
Duncan Hines BOGO $1.65, use $.55/2 from 10/11SS, or $1.50/2 FLIP PRINT-$2/3 Harveys IP PRINT, if your Publix considers those as competitors (mine here in North Alabama does not)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Wesson BOGO $3.69, $.50/1 PRINT, or $1/3; $.25/1 from 11/15SS
1 cup M&M's or chocolate chips
M&M's BOGO $4.69, $1/2 from 12/13RP , stack with $1/1 Target printable HERE or Nestle Toll House Morsels On Sale $2.29, $.50/1 from 11/1RP, $.50/1 PRINT
Stir together first three ingredients. Add M&M's or chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. (I like mine really soft, and I still baked them 10 minutes, just be sure to watch them).
Does it get any easier than that? Merry Christmas! Thanks to I Heart Publix, Two Thrifty Sisters & Hot Coupon World for the coupon matchups.
