Did you ever try a new item with a coupon and hate it? (My hubby tried those free Alexia Waffle Fries awhile back and while we took them for free, they just weren't that good!)
Well, my sweet reader Paulette told me that after trying the Marie Callendar Home Style Creations (because she liked the frozen Marie Callendar's) she just was not impressed, so she sent a note to Marie Callendar explaining her disappointment. They sent her THREE coupons for FREE Marie Callendar frozen products!
Now, I am in no way suggesting that you should complain in hopes of getting a free coupon. But if you try something new thanks to a coupon deal, and it just isn't what you hoped, it never hurts to send an email out to the company! And, if you LOVE an item, it doesn't hurt to tell them that either! Big companies are a lot like all of us mommies – they like feedback and want to know when they're doing a good job, and will go out of their way to make a situation better if they can (don't we do that every day?)
So if you have a bad experience with a new item – (kindly) let someone know! And if you have an awesome experience with something new (like those yummy Immaculate Cookies that are BOGO this week), you can always share that too. Thanks Paulette for the tip!
