Are You Ready for Some Football??? Buffalo Chicken Dip

With the Super Bowl right around the corner, I thought I’d share an appetizer recipe this week and next week so you’ll be prepared for some yummy football food!  As my hubby is a HUGE football fan, we’ll definitely be watching the game, and this is his favorite dip recipe (thanks to my neighbor, Sarah!)  I guarantee your husband will love this one, and I’m betting you’ll enjoy it too.  Here’s the recipe:

Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 cups boiled chicken (about 3 breasts), cooked and shredded Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Cutlets on Sale $3.99/lb., not a great price so hopefully you have some stockpiled!
3/4 c. Frank’s Hot Sauce Advantage Buy $1.50, Use $.50/1 HERE or HERE or 12/13SS
1 cup cheddar cheese Sargento On Sale $2, use $.55/1 from November or December 2009 All You; also look for peelie
1 block cream cheese, softened $1/4 Philadelphia Cream Cheese HERE
1 cup ranch dressing Hidden Valley BOGO $3.45, use $1/1 HERE

Mix ingredients together in casserole dish (I use an oblong casserole dish).  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Serve with tortilla chips (I’d wait and buy them next week since I don’t see any on sale right now!)
