Great job. I bought 333.00 worth of groceries at Publix (2 different trips) a week before Thanksgiving. I only paid $80.00 with free Milk and free fruit. I donate 90% of it to a local Church Food Pantry which was totally out of food. Couponing takes time, however this was the gift when we’re able to help others with food.

Way to go Sheryl! That is awesome! I agree, it is so worth the time when you get to donate and help others! Makes the time so worth it. :) Thanks for sharing.

Just a couple questions…if I have a bogo coupon and the item is bogo free shouldn’t I get both items for free? I wondered since I am not in true bogo area and where they ring up half price if that mattered. Also on the goldfish did you not have to buy the holiday goldfish. I noticed the coupon stated for the seasonal ones and they were priced at 2.49. Just curious as I have two little ones who love goldfish and hot dogs.

    • Shannon says:

Hey Jennifer! If you are in a land of true BOGOs your items would be free. If you are not (like us) you get the amount of the BOGO price off. Yes you have to buy the Holiday Goldfish. At our store it was on display at the end of the aisle. My daughters both love goldfish, so they are super excited we have some now! I don’t know if you saw there is a new $.75/2 Jennie O Turkey Franks coupon under zip code 03103 http://passionatepennypincher.com/coupons-com/?cid=18100162 . Hopefully this helps :) .

Although all 3 of my babies are still under my roof, and 2 of them are aatuclly still babies, my first baby turned 15 a few days ago a trip to the DMV and lots of talk about college majors and future careers has this mama fighting the temptation to brace AGAINST change. Thanks for this simple reminder to remember that I wouldn’t change one single thing God has done in my life God has been faithful, He will be again His loving compassion, it knows no end. All I have need of His hand will provide. He’s always been faithful to me! .
