Have you made your menu plan yet for the week? My son actually just made lunch for my girls and me (chicken and rice ~ not bad for his first attempt!) so I may stick him on cooking duty a little more this week. Here’s what we’re planning for dinner. . .

- Wednesday – White Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
- Thursday – Leftover Buffet
- Friday – Publix Pizza Dough Calzones
