Hey Linda! Yes you can use it at Publix. They consider Wal-Mart a competitor. But it is still considered a manufacturer coupon. Such a great deal!
Sure wish my Publix considered Walmart a competitor. No Go on the Oberto coupon in Decatur since it says Redeemable ONLY at WalMart.
