  1. Alice says:

Is Apple Jacks included in the deal?

  2. candie says:

which Publix only allows one target coupon? Ironically, I shopped at Target, they told me you could use four of their coupons per transaction.

    • Laurie says:

County Line I *think* – I meant to double check and ask again this morning, but was in a hurry and didn’t even ask. Can’t believe Target let you use 4!

      • Katrina says:

It’s so frustrating when you hear different rules! I’m curious to know if anybody else has heard this.

I was told (at the Publix on County Line Road) that you can use Target coupons there ‘according to terms’. The $1/3 cereal coupons say “limit one coupon or offer per guest”. The cashier said that I can use one per transaction and they’d let me use another one but it would have to be in a separate transaction (that doesn’t even make any sense. If they were following the rules on the coupon, I would only be allowed to use the coupon once, period. It says ‘per guest’ not ‘per transaction’).

At the new Target in Madison, they said you can only use four like manufacture’rs coupons in a transaction. It doesn’t matter if the coupon specifically says that, like the P&G coupons do. That’s Target’s new policy, I guess?

      • candie says:

i asked specifically before she rang me up and she said you can use four. i was suprised also. crazy thing is if they are only going to allow one, then they should only allow one print????

        • Laurie says:

Good to know Candie – that’s way better than their normal policy! (Of course, I can never get more than one to print…)

  3. Angela says:

Hey, Laurie! Awesome job! Just thought I would mention that my family doesn’t use the Hormel Country Crock side dishes, so if you’d like I could print/clip any coupons and mail then to you. Just let me know. Coming from Mid-TN they shouldn’t take very long to get to you. (Also, I’m not sure what the expiration dates are like or if they freeze well…)

    • Laurie says:

Thanks so much Angela! Have you all tried them yet? I really (really!) don’t like using processed stuff as side dishes, but those apples taste just like Cracker Barrel, so I’m willing to splurge when they’re such a good price. I think I’ll feel guilty buying any more, but definitely print them for someone at your store and be the coupon fairy! :) (Try one first yourself though!)

      • Angela says:

We tried them way back when…even at Cracker Barrel, I’m the only one that liked the apples. They are yummy. Funny, my husband and son will eat apples like that when I whip them up from scratch, but not any others…I think they like them a little more crunchy.

        • Laurie says:

A little crunchier would be good! My two kids almost arm wrestled over the last few scoops when we had them last night (leftover from the last time they were on sale.) I’ve heard the potatoes are great too – couldn’t bring myself to do the mac and cheese though…. :)

  4. Katrina says:

I don’t have the actual coupon in front of me, but the coupon data base says that you only get the free PopTarts if you buy Frosted Flakes, Crunchy Nut, or Corn Pops (Publix store coupon). Can you use it on any Kellogg’s cereal?

    • Laurie says:

You know what Katrina – I totally forgot about that…. I’ll update the post (thanks for catching it!) :)
