The Publix Penny Item 2/6/13 or 2/7/13 is a Publix brand 2-liter Soda Bottle. Remember you need to spend $10 pre-coupon to get the penny item and the coupon can be found in your local paper on the day your ad starts (check section A of the Huntsville Times if you’re in North Alabama.) Florida stores do not offer the penny item (sorry, Florida readers – I hate that for you guys!)

I wonder if this means that all of the stores stocked up WAY huge for last week’s 2L bottle sale and didn’t sell as much as anticipated. I know I stocked up WELL! In fact, I had a little boy ask me, while my wagon was full of Publix 2Ls, if I worked at the store. Apparently, I looked like someone restocking the shelves.
