Hi Laurie, I enjoyed the coupon class so much last night. I’m not real computer savvy so it’s going to be a challenge for me. I was in the Kelloggs website trying to get a couple of coupons but when I tried to print, it prints the whole page instead of the individual coupons I had selected. Do you have an idea what I’m doing wrong. Do I have to sign up with you somewhere to get the emails you were talking about last night?

Hi Kathy! I’m so glad you commented – the computer stuff makes me nuts too (I was just having a hard time printing a certain coupon myself!)
I think I figured out what’s going on (maybe).
1) Make sure you’ve signed in and created an account (try starting here ~ https://www.kelloggsfamilyrewards.com/en_US/promotionCategoryCoupons.html )
2) Click the little “print” button underneath the specific coupons you want (you should see a small box under each coupon)
3) Once you’ve selected the ones you’d like, click “print selected” in the top right hand corner of the screen
4) They *should* print for you! If you haven’t set up the Red Plum coupon printer on your coupon before (similar to Coupons.com that we talked about last night), it may prompt you to do that first.
I’m so hoping this helps…. hang in there because once you get over this hump it gets sooooooo much easier!
