I ran into CVS yesterday and found this awesome deal on lotion! I was thrilled to also see a 20% off non-sale items coupon in my Sunday paper if you have non-sale items to purchase this week. Here’s how to get this great deal on lotion (great to donate if you don’t need it!)
Buy 2 Nivea, Aveeno, Jergens or Eucerin, get $6 ECB $7.99 ( take the 20% off)
- Use 20% off coupon found in Sunday paper (look in CVS ad)
- Also use $1.05/1 Jergens Daily Moisture or Daily Moisture Fragrance Free Moisturizer (Coupons.com Savings Club), $1/1 Jergens Daily Moisture or Daily Moisture Fragrance Free Moisturizer printable, $2/1 Eucerin Professional Repair or Eucerin Smoothing Repair printable, or $1/1 Eucerin Lotion printable
- Or $2/1 Nivea Body Lotion, exp. 2/3/13 (RP 01/06/13 #2), $3/2, $1/1 Aveeno Product, exp. 2/6/13 (SS 01/06/13), $1/1 Jergens Moisturizer, exp. 2/19/13 (SS 01/13/13)
- Pay as little as $1.39 after coupons and ECBs, plus get $13.98 towards Beauty Rewards if you keep track of your CVS Beauty Rewards points at CVS!

I just got back into CVS and am a little rusty on their coupon policies.
I scanned my card at the red machine today and got some coupons. One is for $2 off any 2 hand and body lotions, and the other is for $4 off any 2 Aveeno Facial Care. Do you think either of those will work with this deal?
Hey Katrina! YES the $2/2 Body Lotions would work great!! The Aveeno Facial would not apply. What a great coupon! It would make it $.78 for both after ECB!!
Just went to CVS and the cashier said you can’t use the 20% off coupon on items that you’re earning ECB’s on (she was really nice and tried it just in case).
Katrina,
CVS is pretty confusing sometimes, but maybe I can help explain a little to you. Any CVS % off coupon that comes in a sale paper WILL NOT work with any promotion going on, ECBs, sale prices, etc. BUT CVS % off coupons that you receive in email WILL work with ECB items. It doesn’t make a lot of sense, but that is how it works. ALSO, the % off is taken AFTER all CVS coupons, Beauty Bucks, Force Printed ECBs. So if you give your % off before any of those type coupons, you will see your % off change. HTH to clarify a liftle. Anyone correct me if I am wrong, but this has been what I have learned from CVS shopping.
I was wondering that too – I knew it wouldn’t work on sale items, but wasn’t positive about ECB deals. Thanks for clarifying Mary…. I hardly ever use the 20% off coupons, and wondered about that myself. (Hope that helps some Katrina!)
The manager at my store had to manually put it in. But he is really ethical and said that it should have worked. hmmm… Did you go here in North Alabama?
Yes, I went to the one on the corner of Old Madison Pike and Hughes. She said that the wording on the coupon said it excluded ‘promotions’, which means that it won’t work on ECB deals, but she tried it anyway. It didn’t take the percent off of any of those items, but she didn’t try to manually put it in.
Oh, well! My $2/2 will cover the difference
