1 container Pillsbury Grands Biscuits On Sale at Publix 4/$5, $0.30/2 Pillsbury Refrigerated Grands! Biscuits, $0.30/2 Pillsbury Refrigerated Grands! Biscuits ,$0.30/2 Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Biscuits 10/3/2010 GM Insert (exp 12/25/2010), $0.40/3 Pillsbury Refrigerated Grands! Biscuits 9/12/2010 GM Insert (exp 12/4/2010), $0.30/2 Pillsbury Grands! Refrigerated Biscuits 8/8/2010 GM Insert (exp 10/30/2010)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spread BOGO $2.49
1 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
Grease muffin tin. In medium bowl combine butter or margarine, parsley, dill weed, and onion. Cut buttermilk into quarters (I just used a pair of kitchen scissors). Dip quartered biscuits into butter mixture and place in muffin pan, three quarters into each muffin cup. (Your biscuit dough won’t divide evenly, so you’ll have to cut a few of the biscuits a little smaller, but I promise they’ll be big enough!)
Drizzle remaining butter mixure over tops of rolls. (Note – I just couldn’t make myself drizzle the extra butter over the biscuits, but I’m sure they would be that much yummier! I probably should have just gone for it, but even I have my buttery limits!)
Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 10-12 minutes and serve warm. Enjoy!
Okay, I have to confess. These yummy rolls were sooooo good that I just ate two , two and a half , three of them for dinner (and I’m completely stuffed . . . I would not recommend eating three of these for dinner :) ). That is however, all I ate for dinner! (Does that make it ANY better???) My hubby worked late, the kids were perfectly content to have some Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup and fruit for dinner, so these little treats were a perfect addition to their meal! (Am I a great mom or what?)This confession is now over. I can’t believe I share this stuff with all you folks out in cyberspace, but maybe a few of you have had a biscuit-eating-night too! And don’t worry, I’ll be heading to the gym tomorrow morning at 5 AM to make up for that little indulgence . . . . I think it was worth it. . . . . . . ask me in the morning!
