Do you have a Halloween outing or two this weekend like we do? Well if you’re looking for a bargain appetizer to take along with you, mix up some yummy Rotel dip! If you want some really inexpensive dip you can always leave out the meat – either way you’ll have a great bargain dish to share.
Here’s what you’ll need. . .
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel Rotel Tomatoes 10 oz can, 5/$5, Use $1/3 Ro-tel Diced Tomatoes
Crumble ground beef or sausage and cook over medium heat until browned. Drain any fat. Slice Velveeta and add to beef or sausage, cook until cheese is melted. Stir in tomatoes. Keep warm in crock pot, and serve with tortilla chips.
