After sharing my pitiful attempts at banana bread last week, I decided I’d post my favorite banana pudding recipe (I know how to make this one!) I loved all your tips on the banana bread – I don’t think bananas ever have a chance of getting ripe enough around our house, but I may try to grab a bunch extra so I can try the recipes you all sent!
This recipe stands up so well in a trifle bowl because the sour cream makes it nice and thick, but my kiddos saw it before I got a picture so there was no hope! Instead you get to see our Banana Pudding glob 🙂

2 cups milk (we used skim)
1 5 oz. instant pudding
